The Art of Surrendering and the Manifesting Mojo It Brings to Your Life and Business

Ask – Believe – Act –  Let go – Receive.

Following these five simple steps can help you create the reality you want to be living, both in your business and personal life.

• Step 1 Ask – ask the Universe, God, the higher power you believe in for the thing you want to manifest in your life.
• Step 2 Believe – believe that you can and will be able to have what you asked for, Unless YOU believe it a possible reality, you cannot manifest it.
• Step 3 Act – what action can you take to start making your dream a reality? Start acting as if your dream is already on it’s way.
• Step 4 Let go – this is the surrender part! Completely let go of how (or who) what you have asked for will manifest itself in your life.
• Step 5 Receive – allow what you have asked for to come into your life, open your arms and be willing to receive.

In this teaching we are going to zoom in on step 4 and why surrendering is so important in your manifestation process. Steps 1 to 3 aren’t that hard, step two might sometimes cause a hiccup but not as much as step 4 can just completely trip you up. It’s damn hard to feel non-attached to your deepest hearts desire.  But if you really want miracles in your life, then you need to master the art of surrendering.

Why is surrendering so scary?

The manifestation process starts out very yang, full of action. You set a powerful intention, you believe in it and act on it and then its time for the yin phase to release it, to trust and to open up to receive what you have asked for.

This is where it often becomes more difficult, in the switch from the yang phase to the yin – because in the yang phase there is a sense of control. It’s up to you to make it happen in this stage of the manifestation process. It’s ALL in YOUR HANDS.

When you come to the yin phase it feels completely the opposite. It feels like you have NO CONTROL and it’s all out of your hands now (or at least it should be). You have to fully trust that a power ‘outside’ (as far as the ego is concerned) yourself is going to bring you what you have asked for in exactly the right way and in exactly the right time.

It’s a time to be patient and allow the seeds you planted to grow and if this was literally a plant or flower that you were growing, you would have the common sense to just be patient, water it from time to time and remove any upcoming weeds (fears and negative thinking) so your plant/flower had room to grow.

You would not worry if it was going to grow or not. You would not burry open the ground to check if the seed was still there or growing. You would just nurture it and be patient till the time was ripe and your plant or flower came to bloom.

When it comes to your hearts desire, it is your FEAR that you will not get what you have asked for, that makes it so damn hard to let go.

It’s your attachment to the outcome that makes surrender seem next to impossible.

Surrender is the key to the kingdom of heaven on earth

Although you may conceptually know that what God or the Universe wants to give you is always 1000x more fulfilling than anything you could wish for yourself, in practice you can’t imagine anything more fulfilling then the outcome YOU desire.

Surrendering is fully trusting that when you let go, the outcome that materializes is the perfect one for all involved. It will probably not be exactly what you had hoped for, but it in fact will be much better if you allow it to be.

Now you can force your will and quite honestly I also catch myself thinking sometimes if I could get away with it, I would definitely have a dream or two that I would want to force into existence. But you always pay the price for forcing your personal will and usually exactly the price you don’t want to pay. So even when you get what you want, it will probably be lacking exactly what you hoped to be getting from bringing this dream into reality.

The only way around this is letting go of the outcome you want and opening up to receiving the essence of what you have asked for in the perfect way and in the perfect timing. When you can do this, you enter heaven on earth for this part of your life.

Both heaven and hell are not states in the afterlife, but mental states we experience in our day to day life. You are fully free to choose which reality you want to live in and heaven on earth is an option you can choose for.

Surrendering then is your key to unlock heavens gate.

Not my will but thy will be done

Manifesting is powerful stuff, it carries large responsibilities and when not handled wisely  karma is lurking around the corner ready to bite you in the butt. Much like what happened to Mickey Mouse as apprentice magician in Fantasia. He abused the magical powers for personal gain and quickly the situation spiraled out of control….

The master magician had to step in to undo the damage the apprentice did when he abused these strong powers. This damage being the earlier mentioned price you least want to pay, when you force your personal will.

Surrendering is letting go of the personal will and aligning it to the divine will, as scary as that may sound it’s nothing more then letting go of your ego desires to allow your God self, your soul to bring you the perfect solution.

The ego self does not have the same view as the soul and therefore cannot see the highest solution for all involved. When you surrender, you surrender to the divine in you. Your soul who is ONE with ALL and who knows and sees everything. It does know what the highest solution is for all involved.

All you need to do is step out of your own way.

It’s easy to surrender the small stuff and want to fix the BIG stuff ourselves

It’s fairly easy to surrender the small stuff. The stuff you want, but are like nice to have instead of MUST HAVES. Today for example, there were two guys in my house and I really wanted to discuss something with one of them but not with the other. So I tried once to get him alone, that didn’t work and so I let it go and thought if it’s meant to be it will happen and otherwise it’s fine. A couple of minutes later the guy I wanted to talk to came downstairs because the pen he was working with exploded on him and his hands were full of ink that he had to wash off.

Leaving us alone in the kitchen together creating an opportunity for me to talk to him without the other person with us. Even when the other person came down he went into a phone call, giving us a solid twenty minutes to talk alone. By the time the other person joined us I had already had the chance to be vulnerable with the guy I was willing to show this too and he was now responding in general to the topic we were discussing, which was surrendering by the way.

As easy as it was for me to surrender this time, one of the things I confided in my friend was that when it came to my Twin Flame relationship I suck at surrendering. I have no problems not contacting my twin, giving him the space he asked for even doing my best as he has asked me to, to move on. I do these things, not wholeheartedly but I do, do them. I leave him alone. I dress up for parties, put on makeup and get out there. I am not hiding under the covers, but in my heart I am NOWHERE near surrender. Or at least I wasn’t until I saw that I REALLY need to be not only on the outside, but also from the inside.

I was like someone constantly digging up the seed checking if it is really growing. Not able to trust that whatever was going to come was going to be the best and secretly just CLENCHING to the outcome I want – A marriage with my twin and his child, like I have wanted from him since the very beginning. Even if my outer actions matched that of surrendering, my inner state was only semi surrendered. That is to say, I was making all the right moves because I knew I had to, but my heart wasn’t in it.

Then as I was contemplating surrender, I realized that to surrender is the ultimate test in TRUST. Surrendering you deepest heart desire is trusting that the Universe, will fulfill the ESSENCE of your dream in the way that will satisfy you the most and in the same time serve all involved in the highest way.

So I decided to go into full surrender and with that into full trust because that is my next step. The friend I discussed this with came up with an awesome ritual to go into this full surrender a 24h fast from food and fluid that he will join me in to symbolize the entering of this total surrender.

As this is happening in real time I can only guess towards possible outcomes, which I will wisely stay away from as I am in the process of surrendering, meaning that I am willing to be unattached to the end result. But I do believe that the small demonstration today is representative of what I can expect from surrendering my BIG stuff, like a future life partner.

What I do know is that nature abhors a vacuum and by really creating an open space, because that is what happens when you surrender the outcome – you open up to the INFINITE POSSIBILITIES that can then manifest itself in the place that before was filled with your burning desire.

As long as you are clenching to your burning desire, there is NO ROOM for anything – not even what you WANT to manifest itself – there is literally no space. Surrender creates this EMPTINESS that can then be filled in the most perfect way.
