The Secret to Raising Your Vibrational Frequency On the Twin Flame & Ascension Journey That No-One Else Is Telling You

Let me explain.

The energy clearing and the raising of our vibrational frequency is a necessity for the inner union process. A process in which the soul and higher self descend into the physical body as part of the Ascension process. Yes, it seems to be a bit of a paradox but Ascension is about fully embodying your soul essence in the physical. For those of you that have already downloaded and read the free Ultimate Guide to Inner Union, you know what I am talking about here (remember the two fish bowls?).

If you have not read this manuscript yet, please do so to fully understand this concept.

In order for the soul and higher self to be able to enter and remain in the physical body it is vital that we first release all lower density vibrational frequencies (see vibrational frequency chart in the manuscript) that we carry within our vibrational field, due to unresolved childhood and past life trauma, or ancestral and otherwise passed on subconscious wounding.

Until we do the body cannot hold the higher frequencies of our soul and our soul can’t stand to be in the body, because of all the heavy energy that is repelling it.

True Twin Flame union, is a byproduct of the inner union process. The more you do actually raise your vibrational frequency the less TRIGGERING the connection with the twin becomes because they no longer mirror you your unresolved subconscious pain. This ‘union’ with the twin however is not the reason why we need to clear our energy in the first place. Just as herd immunity is not the goal but a byproduct of an infectious disease such as Covid-19 going through the population. The energy clearing is needed as part of the inner union process and true Twin Flame union is but a reflection of what has been attained within.

If you want to change what is being reflected in a mirror, you have to change the object/person being reflected because you can’t change the mirrored image in any significant way that is permanent through the mirror itself. To drive this example home, applying lipstick to the reflection of the lips of a person being reflected in a mirror does not put lipstick on the person’s lips and therefore it doesn’t actually change them. Everyone looking at them can see they aren’t wearing lipstick, even though in the mirror they appear to be wearing red or pink lips. In fact if they themselves move just a couple of inches they would see that there is no lipstick on their lips. We all know this right, it makes perfect sense to us.

Yet, when it comes to the Twin Flame journey we constantly seek to change the reflection being mirrored back to us – WITHOUT realizing that in order to do so we need to be working on the object/person being reflected back to us instead of the image reflection. We need to be working on ‘in here’ instead of ‘out there’.

Why most ‘energy clearings’ don’t work

But, this is where it get’s tricky because there is a lot of hocus pocus and wishful thinking being sold as so-called ‘Twin Flame energy clearings‘. I am talking about these guided meditations, Twin Flame activations, spells, curse and hex removals, and other dubious ‘energy clearing‘ services that involve others ‘clearing’ your energy for you.

This stuff does not work and I will explain why.

You see, you can’t just command deep trauma to go away. You have to face it, see it for what it is and release it. Anything else, is just sweeping it under the rug even deeper.

Listening to someone tell you that all your karma is cleared sounds fantastic, but it’s impossible because if karma was simply erased by someone’s command we would never learn from our mistakes. We would keep repeating them over and over again, which is exactly what happens when we get stuck in karmic loops.

There are some suggesting that it’s not even our own karma, but that we are clearing world karma. Trust me, until you have cleaned out your own gunk and sludge – you won’t be doing much karma clearing for the world, These are just people stroking your spiritual ego.

And please don’t forget the absolute scam artists, there is a whole sub-industry of ‘psychics’ calling themselves fancy names such as ‘3rd Generation Healer’ and so on that promise to clear all negativity, reset timelines, etc. and if it doesn’t work (which it of course doesn’t) then that is because the Universe doesn’t want for you what you want and they will obey the Universe and more nonsense along that line.

In short 99.9% of the ‘energy clearing’ that is being offered to Twin Flames doesn’t work, because it doesn’t address the real issue. You aren’t under the influence of false karmic imprints from the human collective that manifests as so-called ‘karmic content which isn’t truly yours, male/female conflict, infidelity patterns, relationship drama, abandonment issues…The historical human love “baggage” Twins unwittingly absorb and act out in their connection.’ 

Doesn’t it sound good though?

Wouldn’t it be great if all your issues aren’t even yours to begin with and all you have to do, to release them is to put on a set of headphones and listen to someone saying that they are cleared once and for all, across all dimensions, realities and timelines….?

Come on, wake up people! You are being conned, by master con-artists for only $47 a pop. But by the time you have bought the whole range of products and services, you will have flushed a small fortune down the drain. All those small amounts add up quickly, but it doesn’t change the fact that you are buying into fantasies.

Would you believe somebody who said you can eat hamburgers, pizza and ice cream all you want AND veg out on the couch all day, because as long as you listen to this hypnosis tape or pop this fat burner you will still lose 2kg a week effortlessly?

I know some of you would, but the majority of you would realize that this is a promise that is too good to be true and one that doesn’t deliver of course because we all know that we have to actually DO something to lose weight. We generally need to exercise and eat better in order to shed pounds. We also know that if we don’t move and we habitually have an excessive calorie intake, beyond what our body needs to fuel us that this excess gets stored away as fat. If we don’t want that we should not eat 3x to 5x the calories we need and if we do, we need to make sure we burn those calories so that our body doesn’t store the excess.

Even spirituality does not defy or overwrite the laws of nature. Yes, miracles do exist – but so do parlor tricks and it’s up to your own discernment to recognize the one and see through the illusion of the other.

The difference between talking about it or actually doing it

That’s the issue though, with this 99.9% of ‘energy clearing’ solutions that are being sold inside and outside of the Twin Flame industry; they talk about energy clearing – but that is not the same thing as actually DOING it.

Because these dense vibrational frequencies often due to past trauma from this lifetime, previous lifetimes or passed on through our ancestors (read an teaching here on ancestral wounding) are stored in all the four bodies of our existence. the mental, emotional, vibrational and the physical – it takes quite some effort to release them.

You cannot simply command trauma (which is the origin of dense energy) to release or vanish into thin air. It’s not like you can say: ‘Kssst, ksssst trauma go away. I am cleared of all my karma, I am whole, Auuuuuuummmmmmm, it is sooooo!’ I know you are laughing now, or slightly pissed off but there are way too many people that believe in this kind of wishful thinking. However, this is kindergarten level spirituality, you can’t simply sage and mantra your way out of this. Sage is very beneficial (mantras too), but you can’t use it to erase trauma or karma.

I know Jesus said ‘Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move’. But our inner power to move mountains only comes, when we have overcome our ego because otherwise we would use this power to command our ego desires and the consequences of this would be disastrous. Which is why we first need to reach a level of purity and inner union with our soul and the higher self, before we can unlock this immense power inside ourselves. Until that time we are allowed to move molehills (not mountains), by our higher self.

The thing is that you can’t reach that purity and inner union, without first releasing the trauma (something I will address deeper from an Incan perspective in the next section) that has you identifying with false identities, created from looking at yourself through the lens of this trauma.

The proverbial chicken and the egg dilemma.

This means that you have to address the trauma directly and work through it (ie, work ‘in here’ instead of ‘out there’). In the School of Soul Embodiment I teach the various ways to really release trauma and I explain which healing modalities truly support the release of trauma. My students also get access to my own personal team of healers that have assisted me in my inner union process, who know EXACTLY what needs to be done to support them in their healing and inner union process.

Granted, it seems much more attractive to believe that there are these magical solutions that take absolutely no effort from our side – but hey, you and I live in the real world and not fantasy land. If you want results, you need to take the right actions.

Imagine trauma being a tree;

• then the roots start in your physical body,
• the trunk is your mental body,
• the branches and leaves are the emotional body and
• the blossoms and fruits are the vibrational body.

The quality of those blossoms and fruits (read your vibrational frequency) = the total sum of what is stored in your mental + emotional + physical body.

Hence the ONLY way to change your vibrational frequency in a significant way is by working on releasing the causes of lower density frequencies from these other three bodies – as the ‘blossoms and fruits’ are born out of them.

To take this analogy a step further:

There is no way to get to the roots without at least cutting down the branches and the trunk. It’s the same with deeply rooted trauma, you have to work through it layer by layer (the different bodies) to reach the depth of it. You can’t simply pull out a tree by the root, the way you do with a weed. This also explains, why you can’t simply wish it or command it away – because your trauma is often as deeply rooted as a tree.

For everyone now thinking, but I had a decent childhood – I’m not traumatized. It doesn’t work like that. You can and often do bring in trauma from previous lifetimes, many of us have deeply dissociated from childhood traumatic events such as for example sexual abuse and then there is also epigenetic trauma that we take on from our mother and father family lineage. Not to mention, that even just normal parenting can cause trauma responses in some cases. The point being is, that we all carry subconscious trauma in our psyche, whether we realize it or not.

Incan teachings about Hucha and Sami energy

Before you think that these are all just New Age ideas, that have yet to be proven true – I have to tell you that these ideas aren’t exactly new. Many of the so-called New Age ideas are based on ancient teachings from different civilizations. One such teachings already teaching on the different frequencies of energy is from the Q’ero Incas in Peru.

In the Q’ero Inca tradition, the paqos (a type of Shamans) teach that everyday stress, as well as illness and trauma can cause you to accumulate energies that are heavy and dense or ‘hucha’ (which is pronounced as WHO-cha) as it is called in Quechua – the Q’ero language.

Over time (your complete soul’s journey) these heavy energies build up and become burdensome to carry around in your energy field and eventually this can take a toll on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body within all its layers.

We also bring in accumulated hucha from previous incarnations (this is our actual karma) and we can carry transgenerational accumulated hucha from one or both of our family lineages.

By the way this applies to all human beings, whether they are on the Twin Flame journey or not. The accumulation of hucha is part of the human experience, until we can transcend the human experience and embody our Divinity.

Hucha is defined by its density and weight and the more that accumulates the more it weighs you down. You could feel this mentally, emotional or physically in general or when it get’s triggered through outside events. But you can also carry hucha in your energy field without realizing it, think of past life and ancestral wounding where you carry these heavy energies subconsciously.

When the hucha is removed, there is space for a refined light energy called ‘sami’ (pronounced as SAHM-ee). During the healing process, the sami can flow through the chakras (nawis) and circulate all over your body, even down to the DNA level pushing out any residual hucha left in the cells and DNA.

Some of the symptoms of carrying an overabundance of hucha are fear, anxiety, poor self-image, inability to share love, depression, stress, anger, short-temperedness, indigestion, diarrhea or constipation. Fear and painful emotions are only symptoms of being in contact with hucha. Fear, for example, is an indication that you are in contact with something that is heavy for you. Incompatible types of energy feel heavy. It is important to note, however, that hucha in itself is not negative or bad. Hucha is simply heavy, dense energy.

Humans (but not plants or other animals) create and accumulate hucha in our energy bodies, called ‘poq’po’ (this is pronounced as POKE-po) in Quechua and hucha is problematic because it is incompatible with the optimal functioning of the energy body. Sami preps your poq’po and soul for cleansing, and helps energetically strengthen you, so the inner terrain is seeded for easier psychological and emotional, and even physical, healing. When you cleanse your poq’po of hucha and fill it with sami, you are, in effect, getting deeper in touch with your soul and healing or developing aspects of your humanness. (As you can see it’s the same concept, except with different words to explain it). Hucha can be released to water, fire, air and especially to the Earth, our Panchamama. Source: Q’enti Wasi

The real problem is that hucha is often stuck in the body and needs to be released physically.

This is because hucha is stagnated, heavy and dense energy that creates stagnation in our energy bodies and our physical body. The feet are a very useful instrument in releasing hucha energy to the Earth, but also our feet chakras are often closed off and clogged up. They need to be opened and that can be experienced as physically painful initially. Trust me, I have had my foot chakras opened and it is no walk in the park! It’s also not a one time process, it needs to be repeated to really open them up.

Over time as the accumulated hucha energy is released and the sami energy is able to flow deeper and freely throughout the bodies (mental, emotional, vibrational and physical) a tipping point is reached and suddenly the balance is drastically shifted in your favor.

This coincides with what Elizabeth Clare Prophet teaches about karma, we only need to clear 51% karma to activate the Ascension process. Initially it will feel like you are pushing a heavy stone up a hill, but when you hit the tipping point in your vibrational frequency like a snowball effect the sami energy accumulates and grows exponeniately without little to no effort from your side.

This is because we all possess immense self healing powers, which when the balance shifts, helps us release any remaining hucha or low vibrational/dense energy without putting any further ‘work’ (read effort) into it. It is cleared out on its own because the sami energy (high frequency light), boosts your self regenerating powers.

Why it’s important to quit playing games with yourself

Reading the ABOVE makes you realize that any method based on wishing trauma (which is the cause of hucha) away or commanding it to leave, is futile. It cannot work. Yes, that means that you can stop listening to all these Twin Flame ‘energy clearings’, activations and guided mediation. Throw them out, they are useless.

Hucha which is in essence lower vibrational dense energy, is layered throughout all the layers of our multi-dimensional existence and therefore needs to be removed, from all these layers of our multi-dimensionality.

Remember the tree analogy I used, I was not kidding that the roots of our trauma are in our physical body. We store trauma in our bones, muscle tissue, fascia, fat cells, DNA, and so on and so the body is an important instrument in releasing this vibrational density. It is also stored in the vital organs and intestines, which are often the last and most difficult to release hucha from.

But it also needs to be comprehended mentally and released emotionally, which is why you can’t simply take it out through for example physical movement, exercise or physical spiritual practices such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, yoga and so on. These are great extra tools, but you need to go even deeper.

However without releasing this hucha from all the different layers, you can never really raise your vibrational frequency in any significant way. You cannot increase your light without first releasing your darkness. You cannot raise your vibrational frequency, without first releasing your density and this is much harder than you think. We are often mentally and emotionally so attached to our trauma, that we subconsciously cling to it – because it is what we know. It’s familiar, even if it hurts – it gives us a sense of safety that we prefer to embracing the unknown.

This of course all happens outside of our conscious awareness, consciously we want nothing more than to let go. Except it is our subconscious that dictates our reality.

This is the reason why Carl Jung said:

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

Which is why we have to literally clear out the basement and attic of our psyche, that’s where we have hidden much of the experiences that lead to the accumulation of this denser energy (hucha) in the first place. You don’t do that by journaling, soul writing, hitting the yoga mat, meditating, juicing and so on. Sure, these are beautiful ways to support ourselves in the process. But they aren’t more than that, they don’t go deep enough.

They don’t bring us face to face with our own yuckiness, the gunk and sludge that we so desperately want to deny is there to begin with. We want to see ourselves as ‘all love and light’ and so we disown our own shadow aspects and call ourselves epithets such as starseed, lightworker and so on.

It’s time to stop playing pretend and face the TRUTH.

As a Twin Flame you chose this path for a reason, you are here not to play games with yourself or to pretend that you are already ‘enlightened‘ and merely clearing collective karma, when one phone call from your twin or it’s painful absence (i.e. no contact) has you going off the deep-end. That’s YOUR traumas getting triggered, baby. So, stop bullshitting yourself, stop pussy footing around. You came here to release yourself, no LIBERATE yourself from the wheel of suffering. You came here to free yourself and seven generations before and after you of the ‘curses’ being passed on through your father and mother lineage. You came in this time of our collective spiritual evolution to break the karmic cycles of death and rebirth and assist the planetary Ascension into the 5th dimension.

How the f*ck are you going to do that, if you don’t use the right tools?!

Stop buying into these quick fixes and miracle solutions. Stop being so arrogant and think you can do this on your own, we all need assistance. Stop believing that it all happens, naturally – because it doesn’t.

Stop making excuses.

Because you know what, that fairy-tale love that you are dreaming of is only possible when you first take out the gunk and sludge that is standing in the way.

It really is that simple.

What is not simple is the ACTUAL work that you have to do, to get out the gunk and sludge. There is no one-stop solution for that. It’s a matter of rolling up your sleeves and shoveling it off layer by layer, until you reach the tipping point and you start shifting into your own Divinity.

But in order to do so you have to stop buying into people promising you Heaven on Earth, and learn how to create your Heaven on Earth.

There is a world of difference between these two.

I pray this teaching serves you and helps you realize what it really means to raise your vibrational frequency. The Twin Flame industry has been flooded by psychics and traditional psychic’s solutions to attracting the one, remedying unrequited love and breaking other women’s magic spells cast on the one you desire. All under the sweet promises of everlasting love and happiness.

Many of you will not like what I am going to say next, but it has to be said.

The whole psychic industry belongs to the old 3D paradigm. How are today’s traditional psychics any different from the fortune telling gypsies of the Middle Ages? That travelled from town to town peddling the EXACT same products and services being offered today (500 years later!)

These are not products and service based in the 5th dimensional frequency, think about this for a second – allow yourself to really grasp this. Because those who have come into inner union with their higher self and soul (aka stepped into their Divinity) don’t need someone to forecast them their future. They don’t believe in spells, black magic or superstition because they have woken up to the truth of who they are, their own divinity.

Wanting to have our future read is fear-based in itself, because if we trust our higher self (our own soul) and the Universe, we wouldn’t need to know what our future holds (which really is nothing more than our limited self trying to create a sense of safety through external sources – did I already emphasize this being fear-based behavior?!).

But above all none of these psychic products or services can help you get to this higher level of understanding (consciousness), because they belong to the old 3D paradigm of the occult and fear-based ‘spirituality’. They are rooted in energy manipulation, coercion and forcing – which violates spiritual law and creates more karma. These people aren’t using their spiritual 3rd eye gifts for the highest good, they are in fact abusing their gifts in ways that do not align with the new Aquarian age we are stepping into.

As Twin Flames we can’t afford to keep pursuing this path, because it only keeps us stuck.

To fully anchor in 5D, we have to let go of everything that is keeping us stuck in the old 3rd dimensional reality. Remember dimensions are not places, the 5th dimension also manifests itself in our physical reality, that is why it is called the ‘Heaven on EARTH’ frequency.
