Recently I held a retreat here in Ibiza and all the clients that came had signed up two years prior (yep, the pandemic got in the way) because they were on the Twin Flame path and seeking healing. Throughout the retreat, the feedback that they gave me was that they were in Ibiza, Spain (five of them flew in from the United States) because I had the best Twin Flame content out there and that my teachings had saved them when they felt they were losing their sanity.

In 2021 I shifted out of merely focusing on the Twin Flame journey and instead was guided to focus on where this journey is meant to bring us, into inner union with our own souls and manifesting Heaven on Earth – aka living life in the new 5th-dimensional paradigm. After the retreat, I was shown in multiple ways, that although my focus is now on where the Twin Flame journey is meant to take us that I should continue to make my teachings on the Twin Flame subject available to those seeking guidance on their journey.

With the gift of hindsight I can now say that these levels of initiation are as relevant now as when I channeled them from soul. I offer them as a guiding light to your Twin Flame journey. ✨

Why most Twin Flame teachers got it wrong

There are two types of schools within the Twin Flame industry, the one teaches Twin Flame union and the other teaches Ascension. They are both right and wrong because they do not need to be exclusive. The Twin Flame journey is not JUST about Ascension and you get to kiss romance goodbye….

On the other hand, those teaching ‘Union’ are often having you chase the carrot – your physical romantic happy end with your Twin Flame, which isn’t Twin Flame union but merely a physical union. The latter school of thought causes the most damage because it leads to a dead end. If the Twin Flame journey was merely about coming into a love relationship with the Twin Flame, you would already have it. It wouldn’t take years or decades to manifest.

The truth is that in 5D you can have your cake and eat it too, 5D is an and/and reality instead of the or/or reality that we are used to in the old 3D paradigm. Hence, you don’t have to choose between Ascension and Twin Flame union as they are not mutually exclusive (even though they might feel that way right now).

When I taught on Twin Flames, I taught both. I taught that the Twin Flame experience is part of our Ascension path and that this deep desire to be in a physical romantic relationship with the Twin Flame is used as an instrument by our higher self and our soul to move us into a deeper union with our true selves (our soul). This forms a vertical union you might say, that is referred to by the ancient alchemists as: As above, So below.

When we come into this vertical union, it will be reflected back to us in our outer reality, which the ancient alchemists referred to as: As within, So without.

As above, So below = inner union and union with all that is (Ascension)
As within, So without = Heaven on Earth including Twin Flame union*

*Twin Flame union does not always lead to a physical union, it depends upon the Divine plan and soul agreement made prior to embodiment. Now don’t let your fear that you and your twin might not end up romantically take you out, because the reward of this journey NEVER has been a romantic happy end. Your version of Heaven on Earth will be bliss no matter who it is shared with – because it doesn’t depend on someone outside of you. Heaven on Earth is an inner state of being, that is self-generated, and the Twin Flame journey is the path that leads you there whether or not you end up together with your twin in a romantic relationship.

Because otherwise we are back to where you are now, believing that you experiencing your Heaven on Earth depends on being together with your Twin Flame. In other words, your bliss hinges on someone else’s ability and willingness to give you what you want. That is a recipe for disappointment and heartache.

People teaching Twin Flame fairy-tale love are themselves still stuck in their deep desire for a physical union. It is difficult to describe the true reward of the Twin Flame journey, to those who are still sold on the idea of romance as they simply can’t imagine a higher outcome than a physical union.

But I’ll try anyway…..

Imagine a life where all your problems are gone, all drama (karma) eradicated. Imagine being in inner peace, joyful and able to enjoy every minute of life. Imagine that instead of trying to survive, you would thrive and abundance in all its forms flowed easily and steadily into your life. Imagine that all your relationships were harmonious and that no matter where you are in the world, people are kind and generous towards you. Imagine that you are happy without any external reason and that you work not to be able to pay the rent and eat, but because it inspires you and lights you up – because it is your service to the world that you are providing in your unique way.

Imagine that you have overcome your deepest fears and worries and that you feel safe and at home inside yourself. Imagine that you have come to deeply love and accept yourself completely and walk your path full of confidence and a deep knowing of who you truly are. Imagine a life of deep fulfillment and meaning, that brings you exactly what you need, when you need it. Imagine your Divine design coming to pass in all areas of your life, creating Divine perfection on all levels of existence. Or better yet imagine Heaven on Earth and you will get a glimpse of what this journey truly has to offer you.

Your Twin Flame running out on you, playing hide and seek, blocking you, the push/pull and so on, are simply initiations to help you reach this destination.

Depending on your own level of initiation mastered you either understand this, struggle to understand this or doubt it to be true. So, let’s find out where you are in your journey….

The nine levels of Twin Flame initiation

There are many different models for levels of initiation with various lengths in the number of levels (6, 7, 9 or more…). There are ancient Egyptian, Sufi, Theosophical, Buddhist, Hindu, Gnostic, New Age and even Starseed levels of initiation. They all describe the pathway to Ascension and are essentially the same, just different roads that lead to the same destination.

I am sharing a nine levels of initiation model, that was channeled to me to share with those on the Twin Flame journey. However even if you are doing your Ascension journey solo, the levels of initiation stay the same and apply to you as well.

Do not confuse the levels of initiation with the Twin Flame reunion stages, because they are a completely different thing. The level of initiations are our rites of passage into higher levels of understanding, higher frequencies, higher states of being and higher consciousness. They have little to do with ending up with the Twin Flame, because that will or will not happen anyway – when the time is right.

Until that time, it is our Twin Flame connection that initiates us deeper and deeper into our Ascension process (even when your twin refuses to give you the time of day).

Moving up in the nine levels of initiation, moves us up in our personal staircase to Ascension. Each rite of passage successfully taken allows us to increase our understanding, increase our light and increase our vibrational frequency – so that we become a frequency match with the higher frequency of our soul, in preparation for the inner marriage within ourselves of our higher and lower self.

The Twin Flame journey provides you the opportunity to completely break free from the human condition and come to full self-realization of the soul in the physical.

As you will read in the nine levels of Twin Flame initiation below, your twin is the initiator in your Ascension process. Your twin’s seemingly wacky behavior is what provides you, the opportunity to move through the ascending levels back to who YOU truly are and not who you believed to be based on you being chained to the merry-go-round of death and rebirth by your own karma.

However, do NOT fall into the trap of believing that your Ascension depends on your Twin Flame because it doesn’t. Let go of any preconceived notions of how your twin should show up in your life, because that is just another way to subconsciously try to control the Ascension process and control is always a fear-based (ego/human) reaction. Your Ascension is a soul guided process that you will be led through by your higher self, it can only be achieved through surrender to your own Divine intelligence.

Ascension does not mean we are leaving the planet just yet. Paradoxically enough, in order to Ascend, the soul first needs to descend into the physical to become one with the lower (human) self – in order to be able to ascend into higher realms, when the time is right. As long as we are seeking to ‘get out of here’ to escape our own suffering, we haven’t yet mastered what we have come here to learn (initiation levels five to nine).

Let’s go through the Twin Flame levels of initiation together, so that you can assess where you are in your own Twin Flame journey.

Level 1 Getting a taste of paradise (Feeling the call to union)

When we meet the Twin Flame, we get a taste of paradise and it unlocks this deep call to union inside of us. However, because we are still fully conditioned to seek our fulfillment outside of ourselves, we mistake the call to union to be a union outside of us – instead of the call of our soul to come home to our true self.

This is not a question of stupidity; this is a natural result of lifelong (including past lives) conditioning that we are asked to let go of. Our deep longing for this outer union with the beloved is also not foolish, nor a mistake – it is what brings us to the next level of Twin Flame initiation. For without this deep desire to be together with this other person, we would simply continue life as we know it.

This glimpse of paradise changes us forever and makes it impossible to go back to the way things were before meeting one’s Twin Flame.

If you have not met your Twin Flame yet, you will find you are seeking to meet your perfect match. Feeling deep inside yourself this call to union and projecting it outside yourself, because romance is your only frame of reference to understand this deep desire you feel inside yourself. So, your journey starts in trying to find ‘the one’, not realizing that you are the love you are searching for.

Level 2 Shifting from mind to heart (Trusting your inner voice)

It’s this deep heart pull that keeps tugging at us, that makes it near to impossible to move on when the push/pull dynamic starts or when for whatever reason the Twin Flame doesn’t seem to reciprocate the deep feelings you experience. This creates deep doubt within the psyche and because as humans we have been so deeply conditioned to listen to our mind, instead of our heart – we fear going crazy or more accurately being seen as crazy by our friends, family and loved ones who don’t understand WHY we are holding on to this ‘loser’ in their eyes. They tell us; ‘Can’t you see that you deserve someone better than this?’ All of these experiences force us to decide if we are going to listen to our mind or our heart and our heart never shuts up, so we are stuck at this level of initiation until we have the courage to listen to it.

Deciding to follow your heart, breaks the old paradigm conditioning of navigating life through rational thinking (ego consciousness) and allows you entry to the third level of initiation.

Level 3 Looking through outer appearances (Moving out of 3D)

In this level of initiation, we are asked to learn to look through outer appearances, which in the old 3D paradigm was said to be ‘reality’. We cannot learn to look through outer appearances while still trying to understand life through the rational mind. For example, the rational mind will tell you that the reason your twin is not with you now is because he or she doesn’t love you. The rational mind will further reason, that if they would love you – they would be with you right now instead of playing games (3D interpretation of what is perceived to be reality).

In reality their not being there right now, allows you to explore your own motivations for interpreting your perceived reality one way or the other, which brings you to both your childhood and past life subconscious wounds that have programmed you to view your perceived reality in a certain way. Being able to see that it is YOUR past experiences that are coloring your perception of reality, instead of it being reality – opens entry to the fourth level of initiation.

Level 4 Facing your karma (Healing your past)

Once we start facing our past and understand how our past life karma (karma is not punishment – read this teaching on a new paradigm understanding of karma) is creating our current life drama, we become very motivated to clean it up. Often our Twin Flame steps in to help us go deeper into our inner process, by walking out of our life and/or starting up a relationship or maybe even a family with someone else.

This is for many of us a very painful experience, however it can only be painful to us because it touches our old and often forgotten subconscious wounds from previous lifetimes. Thus, helping us remove deep conditioned states of being that keep us stuck in fears and false beliefs about life, love and who we truly are.

Until we are willing to look deep inside ourselves, we cannot enter this fourth level of initiation or grow into the level of consciousness needed to enter level five.

Level 5 Releasing victim consciousness (Forgiving others)

As we dive deeper and deeper into our inner process of facing and healing our past, at some point we are struck by the deep inner understanding that nobody ever did it to us. We were both the do-er and the done-to all rolled up into one. We realize that we were our own jailer all along and that the door has always been open, for us to leave.

A process starts of forgiving all the people we thought harmed us, when we start to see that the roles, they played in our lives were always geared at helping us release a deeper wound from a previous lifetime. This process of forgiveness restores all of these relationships back into harmony.

When this process is complete, we realize that we were never victims in the first place, which brings us to the next and sixth level of initiation where we learn to own our creation.

Level 6 Owning one’s creation (Forgiving self)

But if nobody ever did it to us, that leaves only ONE person to blame and that is ourselves. Blame itself does not exist in the higher dimensions; it is an old 3D paradigm concept that is completely useless.

Coming to this level of understanding and awareness we are forced to face all the places inside ourselves where we are pitched against ourselves. Our twin steps in here once again as our Divine mirror, showing us exactly where we are holding grudges against ourselves.

All the long forgotten and deeply disowned memories of self-judgment, self-loathing, self-hatred and so on are brought to the surface as an opportunity for us to forgive ourselves, to come into true self-love and to return to innocence (i.e realizing that we are not guilty).

When we can accomplish this, we can own our creation without the need to blame others or ourselves. This allows us into the seventh level of initiation.

Level 7 Healing separation (Inner union)

It isn’t until we have released everywhere where we were pitched against ourselves that we can start the inner union process. All the inner work done in level four to six has allowed you to clear out all lower/denser vibrational frequencies (download the FREE Ultimate Guide to Inner Union for a better understanding of this process) from your mental, emotional and vibrational body, which starts the process of the soul descending into the physical body as part of the inner union process.

The deeper the soul enters the body and cells; it pushes up and out any lingering low-density energy that was stuck at the deepest levels. This all serves to prepare you for the inner union of the higher and lower self.

At this level of awareness, one understands that the separation with the Twin Flame, was mirroring us our separation with our own soul. When we truly understand that the perceived separation was an ego illusion all along (also within the Twin Flame connection), we are ready to enter the 8th level of initiation.

Level 8 Transcending duality (Balancing DM/DF within)

After we come into inner union with our soul by healing the separation between the higher and lower self, we start our preparation for the Hieros Gamos – the sacred marriage of our inner Divine Masculine and inner Divine Feminine.

The soul itself is androgynous and is both feminine and masculine in perfect balance, however 6,000 years of human patriarchal conditioning have left deep scars in our belief-system creating very tenacious beliefs around the superiority of the masculine and the inferiority of the feminine.

In this level of initiation, we need to dislodge the final remnants of the patriarchal conditioning from our subconscious mind so that there is no inner conflict between the feminine and masculine within us. Bye-bye battle of the sexes, when your inner feminine (anima) and your inner masculine (animus) become equals your outer reality starts reflecting this back to you. When this inner harmony is achieved, we marry the two opposites into one within ourselves which gives us entry to the ninth and final level of initiation.

Level 9 Return to Oneness (Entering into 5D – Heaven on Earth)

After becoming fully One within oneself, we are ready to become One with others, the Twin Flame, humanity, nature, the planet, the Universe, our galactic brothers, and sisters and ALL that is.

Until we have achieved Oneness within, we cannot become one with anyone else. Remember we first need to create ‘As above, so below’ in order for it to be reflected back to us as – ‘As within, so without’. As long as we are still fragmented within, we cannot create true Oneness without. When we become One within, we will be brought the opportunities that help us become One without on a micro and macro level.

Don’t confuse this however with physical union, physical union with the Twin Flame can take place at any time throughout the different levels of initiation. Especially in those cases where the higher selves need closeness to trigger the deeper subconscious wounding, the Twin Flame couple will be brought together sooner because the closeness is needed instead of distance.

When we can become ‘As above, so below’ and it is reflected back to us as ‘As within, so without’ we gain access to Heaven on Earth, aka living life in the 5th dimension – here on planet Earth, in your physical body in the physical reality.

At which level of initiation are you currently?

Mentally understanding the different levels of initiation is not the same as mastering them, please keep that in mind as you try to assess at which level of initiation you are currently at in your Twin Flame and Ascension journey.

The Twin Flame collective is generally stuck in the first three levels of initiation. The reason why they are stuck is because they keep longing back to the connection felt at the first level of initiation. They are trying to move Heaven and Earth to ‘get back love’ instead of going inside to do the inner work to reach Heaven on Earth as their inner state of being. To them the twin represents this Heaven on Earth, that they seek outside themselves instead of within.

Many of my students and clients are working hard in the fourth and fifth level of initiation and only a few are entering the levels six and above. Of course, if I don’t know you, I can’t assess where you are but unless you have done extensive past life work you will not have understood your soul’s journey, nor be able to face your deepest subconscious wounding – which means that you are somewhere between level three or four of your Twin Flame initiation process.

Those stuck in level two of their initiation, will of course recognize the battle between mind and heart. Left brain people often find it extremely difficult to move past this level of initiation, because they are so hardwired for logical reasoning. It’s not that using your mind is bad, it’s that the mind doesn’t give you the answers from your soul and therefore its reasoning is often incomplete. It can also be an indication of a strong developed ego, that puts up a fight not to lose dominion to the soul.

The people that are stuck in level three of their initiation are struggling to let go of the romantic outcome and using romance or the absence of romance as a yardstick to measure their progress in coming into ‘union’. They don’t realize that the higher selves use distance (separation) and closeness as a tool to bring up the deeper subconscious wounding and therefore all their actions whether in the physical or energetically are geared at trying to force physical union. This includes those buying psychic and tarot readings, watching YouTube tarot videos, buying Twin Flame union meditations and activations and/or paying people to lift curses or energetically force union on their Twin Flame’s energy field.

As souls we ALL go through each and every level of initiation, which means I was once stuck at level one, two and three. It took me multiple years to work through levels four to seven and I am currently in the final stage of initiation. Nobody ever skips levels of initiation because as you were able to see, each one builds on the previous level of consciousness and understanding.

I met my Twin Flame in April 2014 and it took me as little as six years to get to, but not yet master the ninth level of initiation. This corresponds with this quote by Ascended Master Djwal Kuhl, he is referring to a seven levels of initiation model, which is different than the model I was given but all 6, 7, 9 or more level models come down to the same thing – moving out of the old 3D paradigm into the higher 5th dimensional reality, aka Ascension.
Indicating that one can reach one’s Ascension within a relatively short time-period:

It is potentially possible for a person to move from the third to the sixth initiation in only six years.”

As time is accelerating and we are entering the dawn of the Aquarius age, our inner processes are sped up, as we also have received healing tools that accelerate our journeys exponentially. Compared to those who have gone through the Ascension process before us, we have more galactic support and more deep and powerful energy tools to work with. This allows us to move through our Ascension process much quicker than previous initiates on the Ascension path.

How to move forward on your Twin Flame journey

The biggest tool of progress on this journey is as you can see doing the inner work. Not the kind of work I mentioned before that keeps people stuck in the third level of initiation but real healing work that allows you to understand your soul’s journey and helps you release your subconscious fears and false beliefs.

Over the time-period of 2016 till recently I have done over one thousand healing sessions with a large team of different healers. I started with multiple sessions a month, to in the end multiple sessions a week with multiple healers and I naturally spent a small fortune in the process.

The deeper I healed myself, the less issues I had with money showing up in my life. I also wasted a lot of money over the years working with charlatans or healing modalities that were based on wishful thinking….
But those experiences were worth every penny because they made clear what healing modalities work and which don’t.

It is a lot of hard work I will be honest with you – but at the same time it is attainable and there has not recently been a moment in time that we have had such galactic support in our Ascension process. Now is the time to strive for it.
I pray that by sharing these levels of Twin Flame initiation with you, that you have gained a deeper understanding of the Twin Flame journey and the Ascension process. Whether you are sure this is your Twin Flame or even if you doubt it, it doesn’t really matter because the Ascension process remains the same whether you do it solo or within a Twin Flame connection.

Because the Twin Flame experience, is not designed to be your romantic fantasies come true – all the inner work you do will align you to your perfect match, your partner by Divine Right and this connection doesn’t need a specific label to be special. It will be everything you have hoped for and are ready to manifest – when you have learned to seek within, that which you would like to have manifest in your outer physical reality.
